[Due 2/28] Required Academic Affairs Reporting for Faculty – Academic Deficiency
Academic Deficiency reporting in Banner Web will open on Saturday, February 23rd and is due by noon on Friday, February 28th. Academic Affairs will send a letter to each identified student, and their assigned Success Coach will conduct outreach.
- Please submit Academic Deficiency feedback by noon on Friday February 28th.

Directions:
- Banner Web–> Faculty and Advisor Services –> Click on Faculty Feedback Alerts
- Click on each course that you are reporting on –> Click anywhere in the empty space of the row for your class to open the roster of students in your class.
- For each student report issues/positive recognition, give recommendations, and leave comments (all viewable by student).
