New Site Will Share PR Resources

The Office of Public Relations has begun moving its content out of FYI and into a Public Relations SharePoint site. The goal of this new intranet is to be more accessible and useful.

Unlike FYI, SharePoint is secured with multi-factor authentication so employees can visit it on- and off-campus. PR’s site includes:

  • Links to the college’s brand elements and guidance for using them
  • Information about the PR office’s core services and work, the research underpinning these, and results
  • An overview of publicity tools that all employees can use

The PR staff has not mastered SharePoint yet, so we’re learning as we go and building as we learn. Inviting colleagues to poke around the beta version of the office’s intranet seemed like a good way to get the kinks out. You can request access to the Public Relations Intranet by clicking here.
