CCI Day – March 3rd – Faculty Update
Thursday, January 29, 2026
Dear Faculty,
Thank you for expressing interest in participating in College and Career Information Day on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026. We appreciate your willingness to engage with prospective students and support this event.
At this time we are expecting around 100 students to participate and are looking into our options to bring a few other groups to campus. Due to the number of student registrations, we are adjusting the agenda to provide students with the best exposure to numerous career pathways and create meaningful interactions with faculty. As a result, we will be transitioning from career track break-out sessions to a Divisional Program Speakers presentation from 10:00 – 11:00 am, followed by program tabling from 11:00 – 11:45am. Please see the attached agenda for more information.
The Divisional Program Speakers presentation will consist of 20-minute presentation slots per division (STEM & Business; Nursing, Physical & Allied Health; and Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences), located in the theater. The goal is to provide students a chance to understand the career options within each division. We are looking for presenters who would like to give a 5-10 presentation during their division’s time slot. More information will be provided to those who sign-up to speak.
Following the presentation, students will proceed to tables in the gym to engage directly with faculty. Students will be given a scavenger-hunt paper to assist them in visiting program tables and be encouraged to engage with multiple programs. We welcome you to bring interactive displays and materials to your table to educate the students.
Please reserve your table here by February 13th: CCI Day Faculty Registration Link
You can indicate your interest in presenting during the Divisional Program Speakers presentation using this form as well.
We thank you for your patience and flexibility as we make these adjustments. Your participation is essential to the success of College and Career Information Day. If you have any questions about these changes, please reach out to me at 716-614-6427 or bsouliske@niagaracc.suny.edu.
Sincerely,
