Welcome ACEN Team to SUNY Niagara March 10-12

SUNY Niagara Nursing is excited to welcome visitors from the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) for a site visit for continuing accreditation of its associate degree nursing program March 10-12.

The site visitors come from different parts of the country and will be meeting with multiple individuals and groups across campus to verify, clarify and amplify how the SUNY Niagara Nursing AAS program meets the ACEN Standards and Criteria for Nursing Education Programs.

From the ACEN website: “By meeting the ACEN Standards and Criteria for accreditation, ACEN-accredited programs demonstrate that their graduates are prepared to enter the workforce and contribute to positive outcomes in public health.”
