Instructional and Collaborative Technology Support Specialist
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is searching for an Instructional and Collaborative Technology Support Specialist. This position is a full-time, 12-month, non-ranked professional position.
We are seeking an innovative, service-oriented professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer support and instructional technology in a higher education setting. This role plays a key part in supporting the technology that enhances teaching, learning, and collaboration across campus.
Position Summary
Reporting to the CIO, this position provides comprehensive technical support to the College. The successful candidate will support, maintain, and enhance instructional and collaborative technology systems while delivering exceptional service to faculty, staff, and students.

Assist faculty and staff with technology needs related to teaching and collaboration

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across a variety of platforms
