Chef Ben Loomis to Represent NFCI Team at National Convention in Grand Rapids, Michigan
The Savor Restaurant at Niagara Falls Culinary Institute has been named a recipient of the prestigious 2026 American Culinary Federation (ACF) Achievement of Excellence Award, a national honor recognizing restaurants and culinary leaders for their outstanding commitment to excellence in foodservice operations, culinary standards, and guest experience.

Representing the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute team, Chef Ben Loomis will attend the 2026 ACF National Convention in Grand Rapids this July to formally accept the award on behalf of the institute and restaurant team during the ACF President’s Brunch.
The award underscores the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute’s continued commitment to providing exceptional student learning experiences while delivering high-quality dining experiences to guests in the heart of Niagara Falls.
