Reading Matters-New Book Selection for Fall
This summer-into-fall, the Reading Matters group will be reading Elizabeth Kostova’s The Historian. A young woman discovers letters and a book in her father’s library that set her on a course through history, discovering family secrets. Start this academic novel for exploration of the life of the mind; stay with this page-turner for the family drama and intertextual horror across Europe.
Treats will be served as we discuss Kostova’s most popular novel in FRCAE on Thursday, October 29, at 12:30.
Copies for loan are available in the library.
