Summer 2026 Session I: Final Grades Due Mon. 7/13
According to the faculty handbook, it is mandatory that āfinal course grades be submitted in Banner Web within 48 hours after the final instructional activity occursā.Ā We must strongly adhere to this deadline to ensure all end of term processes can be run in a timely manner.Ā
BANNER LOG IN REMINDER:Ā In order to access Final Grade Entry, youĀ MUSTĀ log into Banner Web using your SUNY Niagara email username & password.Ā On theĀ Banner WebĀ page, chooseĀ āEnter Secure AreaāĀ to log in.Ā
Once faculty have logged into Banner Web, they will click on theĀ āOpen Faculty DashboardāĀ button on theĀ Faculty and Advisor ServicesĀ card to access final grade entry.Ā This will take them to the Faculty and Advisor Services menu that they are already familiar with.Ā All faculty should have this card available to them when they log into Banner Web.
It is imperative that faculty download or print out the gradebook and attendance data from each section taught and submit them to the appropriate division office.Ā
Grade entry instructions have been emailed to the division offices and to all faculty.Ā Instructions can also be accessed here āĀ Final Grade Instructions
Technical assistanceĀ for grade input on the web is available by email atĀ records@niagaracc.suny.eduĀ , calling the Records Office at (716) 614-6250, or by visiting the Records Office (A161) during business hours.
