SUNY Niagara’s events calendar just got a major facelift 📅

The PR department just wrapped up a redesign of the SUNY Niagara Events Calendar.

We’re now on LiveWhale V3, which opened up a lot more control over the CSS than we had before. That let us do a full visual pass: on-brand SUNY blue and yellow, cleaner typography, a redesigned banner, and a calendar layout that actually looks right whether you’re on a phone or a widescreen monitor. The old version broke in some annoying ways depending on screen size.

More departments are picking it up and getting trained on how to use it for their own events, which has been great to see.

Bug fixes and CSS patches will keep rolling out as things come up. This isn’t a one-and-done…

It’s an ongoing improvement.
