SEM Subcommittees Forming

The Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) committee is forming four subcommitees to support the college-wide enrollment efforts.

The four subcomittees are the following:

1. Recruitment
2. Retention
3. Student Engagement 
4. Strategic Initatives

Please email Gretchen (gmittelstaedt@niagaracc.suny.edu) and me (jdelate@niagaracc.suny.edu) by September 4th if you are interested in being on any of the subcommittees. Indicate what subcommittee on which you would like to serve.

The subcommittees will meet once per month and provide updates to the SEM committee.
