2:00pm–The Power of Video: Designing Engaging Learning Experiences
Video can be a powerful tool for enhancing learning, but effective use requires more than simply embedding content into a course. In this session, participants will explore best practices for selecting, creating, storing, and managing video resources to support student success and accessibility. Learn how to leverage the college’s available video tools and platforms, incorporate interactive elements such as in-video quizzes and knowledge checks, and design engaging learning experiences that promote active participation rather than passive viewing.
