Share Your Feednack on College Processes

Are there College processes or procedures that make your day-to-day work more time-consuming or difficult than necessary? We want to hear from you!

This 3-5 minute survey invites faculty and staff to identify business processes that create challenges or reduce efficiency, such as forms, approval steps, requests to other offices, or procedures related to supporting students.

Your feedback will help the College identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce unnecessary barriers, and improve efficiency for faculty, staff, and students. This effort supports a key performance indicator in the College’s new strategic plan.

Please answer the first question even if you have not experienced any issues with College business processes. This will help us understand how widespread these challenges are across the College. If you answer “No,” the survey will end there, and you will not need to answer any additional questions.

You will be asked to identify your unit/area. You may also provide your name if you wish to identify yourself in connection with a specific concern. Unit/area information will help the College better understand where specific processes may be creating challenges and identify appropriate follow-up actions. Survey results will be shared with the Vice Presidents and Executive Committee for review and consideration.

This survey was initially shared with a limited group of employees and is now being made available to all College employees. If you have already completed the survey, thank you for your participation! You may disregard this invitation.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to share your feedback and help make our College’s processes work better for everyone.
