Advisor Assignment & Summer/Fall Registration Timeline

Hello Faculty Advisors,

The advisor assignment process is complete – thank you to Josephine for overseeing this process – and you will start receiving your list every Monday. 

Timeline:

• 2/23 Students informed via Twolves of their assigned advisor with contact information
  • Sent from studentsuccess@niagaracc.suny.edu by Emma Hawke, Registration Coordinator.
• 2/23 Summer & Fall 2026 schedules live in Banner Web (AA, Divisions & Records)
• 2/23-3/2 Advisors send a welcome e-mail to students with instructions on how to schedule an appointment.

• 3/2-3/9 Advisors start holding advisement meetings with students and recording advisement in Degree Works on the Plans Tab (SEP)

• 3/9 First registration window for Current Student Registration opens in Banner web at 8:00AM. Reminder: Student registration support in SSC Office on both campuses.
