Bowling Alley Reservation Policy Update

To ensure fair access and smooth operation of the SUNY Niagara Bowling Alley, all reservations must follow the updated procedures and fill out the reservation request form.

Internal Bowling Alley Reservation Request Form (Faculty, Staff, and Departments)

Faculty, staff, clubs, and campus departments must submit a Bowling Alley Reservation Request Form to reserve the space.

  • Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.

  • The bowling alley is available before 12:00 PM or after 4:00 PM, and is not available on Thursday nights (6:00–9:00 PM).

  • A Student Life staff member or student worker must be present during all reservations.

  • Once staffing availability is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Student Life stating there is coverage and your event is accepted.
