Brightspace Merged Course Requests – Winter/Spring 2026

Please submit your merged course requests for your courses in Brightspace D2L as soon as possible for the Winter and Spring 2026 semesters. These sections will be loaded on Monday, October 20th . If we receive your request after the deadline there may be a delay with creating the merged course. Merge requests can be submitted by filling out the Merged Course Request Form (https://dynamicforms.ngwebsolutions.com/casAuthentication.ashx?InstID=719ceb45-477c-484e-a30a-0b619ded19b3&targetUrl=https%3a%2f%2fdynamicforms.ngwebsolutions.com%2fSubmit%2fStart%2f94ccc79e-d5df-4246-9ec8-669e3ce0ee30) This form can be accessed both on and off campus.

Please note that not all merge requests can be honored and will be reviewed for approval prior to processing.

We will need the list of Course Registration Numbers (CRNs) for each section that needs to be merged, the first section listed will be the “parent section” unless otherwise noted in the request. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
