NEW for FALL 2025, when faculty submit a student issue/concern/recommendation through Faculty Feedback in Banner Web, students will receive an email notification immediately.
Success Coaches follow-up with these students on a weekly basis.
Shared goal:
1) Flag students who are absent/inactive in class the first week.
2) Success Coaches conduct outreach!
3) When this outreach is conducted, we see a decrease in students reported for Census.
