The online application allows you to confirm the degree/certificate you are seeking and designate a preferred name on your diploma.

Please submit an application for each degree/certificate you are seeking.

SUNY’s “Inclusion Quest” (IQ) is designed to inform and empower faculty, staff, and students about the latest changes in accessibility laws and requirements that create a paradigm shift that must be considered when developing or using any digital content.
