On Wednesday, October 8, from 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM at the Jacobs School of Medicine, M&T Auditorium, the University at Buffalo is holding a community symposium on the Sandwich Generation.
This free event brings together experts, advocates, and caregivers to explore the challenges and opportunities of supporting both children and aging parents. It’s a valuable conversation for many in our community who may be balancing these dual responsibilities.

Free Stage Make-Up Workshop
Diane Di Bernardo is an accomplished makeup artist, actor and educator. In New York City, her makeup work has been seen in countless ad campaigns, runway shows, off-Broadway, independent films and television. Locally, she has designed and worked on makeup looks for local high schools, ad campaigns and consulted for shows at The Kavinoky Theatre, and Shakespeare in Delaware Park.
