Faculty Feedback (S/U/W/I) reporting in Banner Web opens at 8AM on Friday, April 3rd and closes at noon on Friday, April 10th. Please review the key details below and plan accordingly to meet the deadline.

– Access Banner Web and select “Faculty Feedback Alerts”
– Open each course to view and complete student feedback
– Provide comments, recommendations, and recognition (visible to students)

ACADEMIC DEFICIENCY – REQUIRED ACADEMIC AFFAIRS REPORTING

Academic Deficiency reporting in Banner Web opened February 20 and closes at the end of the day on Thursday, February 26. Academic Affairs will notify identified students, and Success Coaches will follow up with outreach. Faculty should submit all feedback by the deadline.

– To report, log into Banner Web, select Faculty and Advisor Services, then Faculty Feedback. Choose your course and click the row to open the class roster.
– Click the arrow next to each student’s name to expand options. For each student, report Academic Deficiency or positive recognition, and include recommendations and comments that students can view.
