Completing your timesheet for the holiday/recess pay period

As we approach the holiday/recess pay period, the Payroll Office would like to mention the following to full-time and part-time benefit-eligible, time sheet employees.
Your timesheet for pay period 12/20/25 thru 1/2/26 needs to be submitted by Friday, 1/2/26. This timesheet will be accessible to employees on Saturday, 12/20/25.  We ask that you complete it as soon as possible.
12/24 and 12/25 are “Holiday” days. Please enter your hours/units on those days, on your timesheet.
12/26, 12/29 and 12/30 are “Recess” days. If these days are part of your normal schedule, enter your hours/units on your scheduled days. Recess should mimic your normal schedule.
If your normal schedule includes Saturday, and/or Sunday, 12/27 and 12/28, you would record “Recess” on the day(s) on your timesheet.
12/31/25 is a holiday for ESPA employees, NOT TSPA.
1/1/26 is a holiday for both ESPA and TSPA.
