In order to accommodate employee schedules, two identical sessions will be available:

• 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Effective communication is a vital skill in any workplace. This training session will provide practical tools for improving interpersonal communication, active listening, and handling challenging conversations with professionalism and clarity.  We will be discussing communication styles, providing tips for effectively communicating in a professional environment, and resolving conflict in the workplace.

Whether you’re looking to strengthen team collaboration, enhance customer service, or simply become a more confident communicator, this session is for you!
