Faculty Feedback – S/U/W Grade Recommendation Survey Reporting Opens Saturday 4-5-25

As instructional faculty, the information you provide through Faculty Feedback in Banner Web matters! Every Friday the Student Success Center takes that information and sends students an email with their status (issues/concerns/recommendations).  Success Coaches then follow-up with these students.

• Please submit Weekly feedback by noon on Fridays in Banner.
• Download the Spring 2025 Faculty Feedback Window Guide

 Directions:

• Banner Web -> Faculty & Advisor Tab -> Click on Faculty Feedback Alerts
• Click on each course that you are reporting on –> Click anywhere in the empty space of the row for your class to open the roster of students in your class. 
  • For each student report issues/positive recognition, give recommendations, and leave comments (all viewable by student).
