2:00pm–From Setup to Success: Navigating the Brightspace Gradebook
A well-designed gradebook can help both instructors and students stay informed, organized, and on track for success. In this session, participants will explore the essential features and best practices for setting up and managing the Brightspace Gradebook.
- Talk about the differences between a points gradebook and a weighted gradebook
- Setup/Select grading schema
- Add Categories and items

Wednesday, October 7th
12:00pm–Better Allies Workbook Session
Over the summer, we discussed the book Better Allies. This semester, we are working our way through the workbook. Don’t worry if you haven’t read the book! Come and learn about being a better ally in the workplace. This week, we are discussing the Amplifier Ally. In the Small FRCAE Conference Room (D-106B) and on Teams.
