Mindful Movement Yoga

We are excited to share that Mindful Movement Yoga will be offered on campus every Friday beginning February 6th, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM in the Small Gym (H-156)!

This weekly session is open to all experience levels, whether you’re brand-new to yoga or already practicing. Certified RYT Yoga Instructor Melanie Thomas will guide participants through gentle, mindful movement designed to support stress relief, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Melanie creates a safe, welcoming space for all, and is available before and after class for personalized guidance or questions.

We hope you’ll take advantage of this wellness opportunity—an hour to reset, refocus, and take care of yourself.
