SUNY Niagara invites you to attend a powerful and informative Native American Cultural Competency Training presented by Pete Hill of the Native American Community Services of Erie & Niagara Counties (NACS).

This engaging session will provide an overview of Native Cultures and will also address historical trauma and other factors that have impacted the health and well-being of many Native communities. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to engage more effectively and respectfully with Native individuals and communities by learning about culturally grounded approaches and the ongoing effects of cultural disruption.

We encourage all members of our campus and the greater community to attend this important session as we continue our shared commitment to learning, inclusion, and cultural awareness.

No registration is required. We hope to see you there!
