New Program Coordinator for Surgical Technology

Please welcome Dr. Jaelle Goldberg, Assistant Professor and  Program Coordinator for SUNY Niagara’s Surgical Technology Program.

Dr. Goldberg’s appointment is particularly meaningful because she is a proud graduate of SUNY Niagara’s Surgical Technology program. Her journey from student to healthcare professional and now academic leader is a testament to the life-changing impact of our programs and the opportunities they create for our graduates.

In addition to her foundation as a Certified Surgical Technologist, Dr. Goldberg continued her education and professional development, earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and building a successful career in healthcare. Her diverse clinical background, commitment to patient care, and firsthand understanding of the student experience at SUNY Niagara position her exceptionally well to lead our Surgical Technology program into its next chapter.

Jaelle shared a fun fact is that she has a porch goose named Penelope.
