Spring 2025 Final Grades Due Monday, May 19th by 10 AM

Final grades for Spring 2025 are due no later than MONDAY, MAY 19th by 10 AM.

According to the faculty handbook, it is mandatory that “final course grades be submitted in Banner Web within 48 hours after the final instructional activity occurs”.  We must strongly adhere to this deadline to ensure all end of term processes can be run in a timely manner. 

BANNER LOG IN REMINDER: In order to access Final Grade Entry, you MUST log into Banner Web using your SUNY Niagara email username & password.  On the Banner Web page, choose “Enter Secure Area” to log in. 

It is imperative that faculty download or print out the gradebook and attendance data from each section taught and submit them to the appropriate division office. 

Grade entry instructions have been emailed to the division offices and to all faculty and can also be accessed here – Final Grade Instructions

Technical assistance for grade input on the web is available by email at records@niagaracc.suny.edu , calling the Records Office at (716) 614-6250, or by visiting the Records Office (A161) during business hours – Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
