Summer Book Discussion Series

This summer, FRCAE and Student Services are offering a book discussion series on Better Allies by Karen Catlin.

This book discusses how we can:

• Create better meetings that unleash talent
• Address bias employees can face when using AI
• Provide effective feedback to support career growth
• Build meritocratic and fair hiring practices

The sessions will occur at 11:00am in FRCAE (no Teams option is available at this time) on May 21st, June 24th, and July 23rd.

There are copies of the book available, so RSVP to receive a copy. If you do not get a copy or didn’t have time to read, come and join the conversation anyway!
