Volunteers Needed at the Student Housing Village

New Student Move-In at the Student Housing Village is Thursday, August 27, from 9:00am to 3:00pm, and we would love your help welcoming our newest Thunderwolves.

What volunteers do:

• Greet new students and their families as they arrive
• Help unload cars and carry belongings up to the student’s room
• Point families in the right direction
• Keep the circle behind housing clear and moving so the next family can pull up

What volunteers get:

• T-shirt
• Pizza
• The genuine gratitude of a parent who did not have to carry a suitcase up two flights of stairs

We are flexible – morning, afternoon, one hour, all six hours, whatever fits your day.  If you can only spare time between meetings, we’ll take it.  Move-in day runs on caffeine, goodwill, and people willing to grab one end of a storage bin.
