Welcome Johanna Armstrong

Welcome Johanna Armstrong, assistant professor in our Nursing program. Armstrong returns to SUNY Niagara, having served in the Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist program from 2016 to 2022. Her experience also includes nursing roles in ambulatory, acute and critical care at facilities in western New York, North Carolina and Texas. Armstrong holds a master’s degree in community health education, a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a bachelor’s degree in health science, all from SUNY Brockport. When she’s not working Armstrong enjoys spending time in nature, hiking and rooting for the South Buffalo Cazenovia Chiefs 14U AA hockey team. She also loves riding the roller coasters at Universal Studios in Orlando, Fla.
