Academic Deficiency – Required Academic Affairs Reporting

Academic Deficiency reporting in Banner Web opened February 20 and closes at the end of the day on Thursday, February 26. Academic Affairs will notify identified students, and Success Coaches will follow up with outreach. Faculty should submit all feedback by the deadline.

– To report, log into Banner Web, select Faculty and Advisor Services, then Faculty Feedback. Choose your course and click the row to open the class roster.
– Click the arrow next to each student’s name to expand options. For each student, report Academic Deficiency or positive recognition, and include recommendations and comments that students can view.
