Brightspace Merged Course Requests – Summer/Fall 2025

Please submit your merged course requests for your courses in Brightspace D2L as soon as possible for the Summer and Fall 2025 semesters. Summer 2025 sections will be loaded into Brightspace on Monday, April 7th. If we receive your request after the deadline there may be a delay with creating the merged course. Merge requests can be submitted at https://helpdesk.niagaracc.suny.edu. If you are off campus, please send an email to helpcalls@niagaracc.suny.edu with the required information needed to complete the merge.

Please note that due to privacy reasons, not all merge requests can be honored. Sections that have in-person attendance and do not meet at the same time/location cannot be merged together. Merging sections together for convenience does not rise above the level of student privacy.

We will need the list of Course Registration Numbers (CRNs) for each section that needs to be merged, the first section listed will be the “parent section” unless otherwise noted in the ticket. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
