Student Showcase Savor Seasonal Dinner

Guided by Chef John Pope, this elegant dinner features a curated spring menu executed by our talented culinary students. Dishes include an Oyster Trio, Jerk Chicken Steamed Buns, Seared Scallops with Quinoa and Butternut Squash Purée, Seared Duck Breast with Mushroom Risotto and Berry Reduction, and a Standing Lemon Tart with Raspberry Coulis and Sorbet.
