SUNY Niagara Print Initiaive
Campus Community,
As part of the SUNY Niagara Print Initiative, the campus-wide upgrade of multi-function print devices is scheduled for Monday, May 19 through Wednesday, May 21.
Please note that Toshiba has informed us that only 10 of the 36 ordered HP devices will be installed during this period. The remaining 26 devices will be installed at a later date.

Secure Print Setup & Printing Instructions:
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) will soon deploy the Pharos Print application to all faculty and staff computers. This software introduces a secure print queue named “SUNY Niagara Secure”, replacing individual printer-specific options. You can manage and release your print jobs directly from the Pharos Print application before printing at any multi-function device.
For secure print setup and printing instructions, please visit the FYI Page. Under the Main Menu, select Miscellaneous, then click on “Printing Instructions May 2025”.
