Assessment Reminders for Faculty

As we close out the semester, please remember the following cyclical tasks for faculty and program coordinators: 

1. Part Time and Full Time Faculty: Ensure you submit your course learning outcome data at this link.
2. Coordinators: Review your program templates inside the program PEER Teams site. The following files should be updated regularly: 
   1. Curriculum Map (whenever the curriculum changes)
   2. Articulation Agreements (whenever there is a change)
   3. Faculty Profile (whenever the faculty change)
   4. Faculty Professional Development (update when events happen; include internal as well as external PD)
   5. Advisory Committee Meetings (update when agendas and minutes are created)
   6. Action Plan Update (update annually)
   7. PLO Assessment Template (update annually)
