SUNY Niagara Print Initiative

Campus Community,

A quick update on the Print Initiative:

• OIT is manually deploying the Pharos Print Scout software.  If your area has not yet been addressed, you can expect a visit from an OIT team member soon.  At the same time, OIT is working with Pharos to resolve a technical issue that is preventing a full campus-wide installation of program.
• OIT is also investigating issues related to previously installed print driver options that are no longer functioning as expected.
• Toshiba updated us that the delivery timeline for the remaining twenty-six (26) HP devices is still unknown.
