Coming Soon! – 2025 Employee Job Satisfaction Survey

Dear SUNY Niagara faculty and staff:

Please get ready for the return of our annual Job Satisfaction Survey!

What to expect: Around midday, next Thursday, 10/16, you will receive an email invitation from me (ayanagi@niagaracc.suny.edu) in your inbox. The survey will remain open for you for two (2) weeks. The survey is voluntary, anonymous, and confidential.

Survey history: The Job Satisfaction Survey is relatively new, and the first version was implemented in the Fall 2024 semester. You have the chance to participate in this survey annually every fall.

Why should you participate?: The results of this survey will be used to understand the employee’s job satisfaction levels and to identify areas for improvement, so the College can ensure that they are meeting the needs of the employees. You will be able to make your voice heard through this survey.

If you would like to participate in the survey, but do not somehow receive the invite from me by the morning of Friday, 10/17, please contact me via email, and I will make sure you can participate.

We look forward to hearing from all of you. Let’s take advantage of this survey to improve our workplace!
