Doing Business As SUNY Niagara

We have done a wonder job branding ourselves as SUNY Niagara. Many companies we work with now recognize us by that name. However, when completing contracts or other formal arrangements that support our mission, please remember that our legal name is Niagara County Community College. Our insurance and other official records are maintained under Niagara County Community College. We operate doing business as (dba) SUNY Niagara.
Please ensure that Niagara County Community College is used as the legal name in all contracts, agreements, MOUs and other legally-binding documents.
It is acceptable to define our legal name together with our dba name within a document, as shown in the example below:
This Anything Agreement (the “Agreement”), made as of the 1st day of January, 202X, by and between Niagara County Community College (hereinafter referred to as “SUNY Niagara” or the “College”)…
