Nursing Assistant Professor
The Nursing, Physical & Allied Health Division is seeking a passionate and student-centered Nursing Assistant Professor for the start of the Fall 2026 semester. This is an exciting opportunity for a nursing professional who is eager to shape the next generation of nurses while working in a collaborative, supportive, and innovative academic environment.
Our Associate Degree Nursing (RN) program prepares students for real-world practice through hands-on learning, state-of-the-art labs, and high-impact clinical experiences in hospitals, nursing homes, and community-based facilities.
This full-time, 10-month, tenure-track position is ideal for a nurse educator who enjoys mentoring first-year students and helping them build a strong foundation for success.
Key Responsibilities

- Teach first-year nursing students in classroom, clinical, and lab settings
- Instruction may include content in:
Nutrition, Upper GI, Diabetes, Endocrine, Respiratory, Orthopedics, and Pediatrics - Provide academic advising and mentoring to nursing students
- Maintain professional standards in teaching, assessment, and student support
