March Mindful Movement Yoga
Mindful Movement Yoga will continue to be offered on campus every Friday beginning March 6th, with a new time of 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM in the Small Gym (H-156)!
This weekly session is open to all experience levels, whether you’re brand-new to yoga or already practicing. Certified RYT Yoga Instructor Melanie Thomas will guide participants through gentle, mindful movement designed to support stress relief, flexibility, and overall well-being.
Melanie creates a safe, welcoming space for all and is available before and after class for personalized guidance or questions.
