American Culinary Federation Certification Exam @ NFCI

Congratulations to NFCI Assistant Professor Chef John Pope (Certified Executive Chef), Alum (class of 2014) Chef Zachary Skinner (Certified Executive Chef), and NFCI Admissions Recruiter Chef Jacob Rhodes (Certified Chef de Cuisine), for passing the practical portion of the American Culinary Federation certification evaluation. The exam was held this past Saturday at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute. Thank you to Chef Ben Loomis for administering the event. Additionally, thank you to ACF Guest Chefs: Chef Mark Wright, Chef Dorothy Johnston and Chef Sam Glass for evaluating. It was a day filled with professionalism, pride and passion for the career and craft we love so much.
