Attention Faculty – Submit Your S/U/W/I Recommendations

As instructional faculty, the information you provide through Faculty Feedback in Banner Web matters! 

S/U/W/I Recommendation reporting in Banner Web will open by 8AM on Friday, April 3rd, and is due by noon on Friday, April 10th.  

• Please submit S/U/W/I Recommendations by noon on April 10th.
• Download the Spring 2026 Faculty Feedback Window Guide

 Directions:

• Banner Web
• Click on Faculty Feedback Alerts
• Click on each course that you are reporting on –> Click anywhere in the empty space of the row for your class to open the roster of students in your class. 
  • Click on the black triangle/arrow next to the student’s name to expand the options
  • For each student, report issues/positive recognition, give recommendations and leave comments (all viewable by the student).

Note: This timeline is intended to allow faculty sufficient time to provide feedback so we can conduct outreach to these students. The student S/U/W deadline is April 28th.
