Niagara Falls Culinary Institute Student Showcase 2026
On Saturday April 11, 2026, the annual NFCI Student Showcase was held at Niagara Falls Culinary Institute and proved to be an outstanding success. The event welcomed family, friends, faculty, staff, and college stakeholders for an elegant evening that celebrated the talent, dedication, and growth of our Hospitality, Baking, and Culinary Arts students.
Guests enjoyed a thoughtfully curated multi-course dining experience featuring elevated cuisine paired with carefully selected wines from around the world. The evening highlighted the creativity, technical skill, and professionalism our students have developed through their academic journey.
Student participants included Zach Viertel, Rose Carpenter, Bella Greco, Lily Rieman, Kieran Nichols, and Aron Tinsley, whose hard work helped bring the showcase to life. Their efforts reflected the excellence and collaborative spirit that define the NFCI student experience.
Guided by Chef John Pope, Chef Charlie Lee, and Chef Emily Lonigan, the showcase once again demonstrated why this annual tradition is such an important and meaningful celebration of student achievement. The night was a tremendous success and a proud moment for the entire college community.
