Lunch & Learn December 4th, Mental Health 101: Supportive Strategies when Helping Family and Friends with Mental Health Struggles

The Health & Wellness Center is pleased to partner with the Mental Health Advocates of WNY to share their Mindset program: Mental Health 101: Supportive Strategies when Helping Family and Friends with Mental Health Struggles for an hour-long lunch and learn session. Friends and family are often the first to notice when someone is struggling. It is crucial to trust those instincts and take action. This presentation will discuss ways to help start the conversation and offer support as well as provide other available resources to work through the process. This presentation is open to the first 25 people who are interested, and lunch will be included! Please email Caitlin Jones at cbjones@niagaracc.suny.edu by Friday, November 20th to reserve your spot. The presentation is on Friday, December 4th at 12pm in room G-211.
