Teaching Opportunity at the Niagara County Jail – Seeking Interested Faculty

We are seeking instructors to teach a course at the Niagara County Jail. This opportunity is open to adjuncts as an additional course and to full-time faculty as part of their load or as an overload.

Course Details:

• Duration: 5-week mod (3 classes are offered FA and SP, 2 classes are offered SU)
• Schedule: Everyday, Monday through Friday, 12:30–2:00 PM
• Location: Niagara County Jail
• Course: You may choose – within reason – which course you teach

Requirements:

• Completion of a civilian training at the jail (time paid for by Academic Affairs)
• One classroom visit for technology training at the jail (approx. 1 hr)
• Passing a background check
