Academic Alerts – Required Academic Affairs Reporting
Academic Alerts (formerly known as Academic Deficiency) reporting in Banner Web is open as of Friday, October 2nd, and is due by 11:59 pm on Wednesday, October 7th. Academic Affairs will send a letter to each identified student, and their assigned Success Coach will conduct outreach.
- Please submit Academic Alerts by 11:59 pm on October 7th.

Reporting Directions:
- Banner Web –> Faculty and Advisor Services –> Faculty Alerts
- Click on each course that you are reporting on –> Click anywhere in the empty space of the row for your class to open the roster of students in your class.
- Click on the black triangle/arrow next to the student name to expand the options

- For each student, report either Academic Deficiency or positive recognition, give recommendations and leave comments (all viewable by the student).
