D2L Lumi Pro AI Tools for Faculty -Attention Faculty

D2L Fusion Conference Update & Launching D2L Lumi Pro 

One of the takeaways from attending the D2L Fusion conference in Savannah a few weeks ago was learning more about some of the tools that will be embedded into Brightspace to help faculty.   One tool that will be forthcoming is Accessibility Plus, which will help improve the accessibility of your content.  I will keep you posted as I learn more about the tool, functionality, and timeline.  

The second tool my staff and I have been learning about is D2L Lumi Pro, AI tools for faculty built within Brightspace.  I am happy to announce that SUNY will be turning this on for us on August 15th and will be covering the cost for at least the first year.  Jamie Huron is offering training, free to faculty, to help you learn more about what Lumi Pro is, how it works, and how to use the faculty-facing AI tools.   If you are interested in learning how this AI tool works, choose one of the sessions from the list.  The content is the same, just different schedule options to meet the needs of SUNY faculty.
