At the Academic Center for Excellence, we’re excited to celebrate International Tutor Appreciation Week—a time to recognize the hard work, dedication, and impact of our incredible tutors. Each day, they go above and beyond to support SUNY Niagara students, whether it’s explaining a tough concept, offering encouragement, or helping build confidence. Their work is critical to student success, and we are privileged to take the time to acknowledge and express our gratitude for the difference they make in our campus community.
Tutor Appreciation Week Schedule

Monday, October 6th (10am – 1pm): Kick off the week with fresh-popped popcorn and screenings of tutoring favorites Dead Poets Society and Good Will Hunting.

Tuesday, October 7th (All Day): Share your gratitude! Stop by to fill out a Thank You card for a specific tutor or the entire ACE team.

Wednesday, October 8th (10am – 1pm): Recharge with hot coffee and delicious cookies—your perfect mid-week pick-me-up.

Thursday, October 9th (All Day): Show off your smarts with ACE Trivia and win some Smarties candy! Plus, enjoy board games in the center.

Friday (10am – 1pm): End the week with our Pizza Party! Grab a slice while supplies last—first come, first served.
