Meet Our Team: Brett J. 👋
Brett graduated from the University at Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and serves as an Engineering Tutor in ACE. While Engineering Studies is his primary area of expertise, he can also assist students with coursework that overlaps with Mechanical Technology. Brett enjoys helping students work through challenging concepts and strengthen their understanding of engineering coursework.
Outside of tutoring, Brett enjoys music, reading, playing guitar, and doing a bit of 3D printing on the side.

Meet Our Team: Matt K. 👋
Matt holds an associate degree in Computer Information Systems from SUNY Niagara and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the University at Buffalo. With more than 20 years of experience in technology, including software and web development, telecommunications, and IT support, Matt brings valuable real-world experience to his work with students. He enjoys helping students strengthen their technical skills, build confidence, and tackle challenging concepts.
Outside of tutoring, Matt enjoys playing guitar and piano, working on programming projects, and exploring new technologies.

Meet Our Team: Vince B. 👋
Vince has served as a Professional Tutor in ACE since Spring 2019. A SUNY Niagara graduate, he earned his associate degree in Computer Science and graduated on the Dean’s List as a member of Phi Theta Kappa. Vince supports students in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, and other technology-related areas and also teaches CIS 100: Introduction to Computer Applications. He enjoys helping students break complex problems into manageable steps and strengthen their problem-solving skills.
Outside of work, Vince enjoys building model kits, playing video games, and working on creative projects.
