NFCI Faculty and Students achieve American Culinary Federation awards and honors
On the evening of Friday, January 9, 2026, an American Culinary Federation awards ceremony was held at the historic Saturn Club in Buffalo, New York.
The event was marked by strong support from students, colleagues, and SUNY Niagara leadership. The Niagara Falls Culinary Institute faculty, staff, and students distinguished themselves as dedicated, talented, and highly respected professionals and educators.
